Breathe, breathe and breathe again



Essential Oils:

In the bath -

lavender 8 - 10 drops in bath to relieve anxiety and help you sleep
jasmine 8 drops in bath to counteract stress, depression, apathy or fatigue
lavender - 5 drops + rose - 5 drops in bath ... after a hard day
marigold/calendula - insect bites or over-dry skin - add few drops to bath
neroli - stress, fear, dry skin - few drops to bath
orange - three drops to bath - lethargy
petitgrain - nervous, fatigue, insomnia, muscular tension, low energy
rose - stress, depression
sandalwood - tension, stress, depression, cracked/chapped skin, loss of libido, emotional problems
tea tree - cuts, burns, yeast/fungal infections, blisters 
yarrow - calms, lowers blood pressure
ginger, lemon, myrrh - stimulate circulation

Mixed with olive oil or water:
 
cold feet/poor circulation:  eucalyptus and ginger (3 drops of each) 6 tsp olive oil
get rid of rough skin:  sandalwood 3 drops + lavender - 3 drops / mixed with 6 tsp olive oil (massage feet) 
thrush:  1 part tea tree to ten parts warm water - bathe affected area or use as douche
